What else is the sponsorship money used for? Goes towards expenses for running the event: Porta potties, Pod Rental, DJ fee, Trophies, Cash prizes, CTBA association and judge fees, water and Palate cleansers for the cook off judges. Money not spent at the cookoff goes back to the Troy community in the form of sponsorships and community events planned by Project Troy.
